About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Transport Assistant to join our team at Secure Care UK - Bases. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing safe and respectful transportation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport patients to and from various locations, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients during transportation, promoting a calm and comfortable environment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and transportation.
Requirements
  • Valid Full UK Manual Driving License with a minimum of 12 months driving experience.
  • Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
