About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our team in Lincolnshire, providing urgent mental health support to individuals in crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective mental health support to individuals via telephone and video calls.
  • Conduct triage and risk assessments, and deliver brief psychosocial interventions as needed.
  • Recognize when individuals require more support and make arrangements for further assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.

Requirements
  • RMN/RNLD/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist with current registration.
  • Or: Educated to degree level in mental health/social care or another relevant subject, or equivalent experience within the mental health field.
