About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our 24/7 Mental Health First Response service in Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will provide effective mental health support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide triage and risk assessments, and brief psychosocial interventions to individuals in crisis.
  • Work via telephone and video calls to deliver compassionate conversations and guide effective self-management of emotional distress.
  • Recognize when individuals require more support and make arrangements for crisis mental health assessments or ongoing support.

Requirements
  • RMN/RNLD/Social Worker/Occupational Therapist with current registration.
  • Or: Educated to degree level in mental health/social care or another relevant subject or equivalent experience within the mental health field.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health needs, including those with emotional wellbeing needs.
