About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Legally-Guided Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace Illness team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients who have suffered occupational diseases.

The ideal candidate will have empathy and compassion, with excellent communication skills to guide our clients through challenging personal circumstances. You will be responsible for taking instructions from clients, assisting with the giving of legal advice, and obtaining evidence to achieve appropriate resolutions.

Our Workplace Illness team deals with occupational disease claims, including asbestos-related disease claims. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and making a real difference in people's lives.

As a Legally-Guided Care Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our expert lawyers to provide comprehensive support to our clients. You will also be able to develop your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum

Benefits: 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, generous pension scheme, and access to health services.
