We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at Instinct Resourcing. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-quality learning content that engages learners and helps them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop technical and conceptual learning content for various formats, including videos, articles, walk-throughs, and job aids.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather source content and conduct review sessions.
- Develop instructional design guidelines, standards, and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
- Contribute to maintaining learning content, ensuring it is up-to-date and relevant.
- Review and improve the effectiveness of learning content, with guidance from the Head of Product – Elearning.
- Experience working with a software development firm, SaaS provider, or technical customer education environment.
- Alternatively, having a Computer Science degree before a career in Instructional Design would make you eligible for this role.
