Instructional Designer Role

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our key FMCG client to design and develop high-quality training programs.

  • 5+ years of experience in the full training cycle, including analysis, design, development, and evaluation of programs.
  • Proven track record of building blended learning programs that engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training programs that meet the client's needs and objectives.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to ensure that training programs are accurate and effective.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the client and internal teams.
  • Manage and coordinate the development and deployment of training programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and development.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry is highly desirable.
