About the Role

We're seeking a talented Instructional Designer to collaborate with our team at Bundle Training. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in crafting engaging digital learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality digital learning content, including eLearning courses, videos, and other interactive solutions.
  • Lead the instructional design process for new learning campaigns, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the needs of our clients and their learners.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop scripts for eLearning courses, animated videos, and other digital learning solutions.
  • Support the creative development and design process to ensure that all solutions reflect our clients' brands and the needs of their learners.
  • Author digital learning content in various eLearning tools, including Storyline, Rise, and Captivate.
  • Manage the client review process to ensure that our solutions meet their needs and that any feedback is shared with freelancers supporting our projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, ideas, and tools in the digital learning and animation industries.
What We're Looking For
  • A strong understanding of learning science and its application to various digital learning experiences.
  • Experience leading instructional design for different types of training solutions across various industries.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear and compelling written content for different audiences and tones of voice.
  • Strong experience using Adobe Creative Suite to produce original and high-quality illustrations and graphic designs in various visual styles.
  • A flexible approach to working hours when collaborating with clients and team members based in different parts of the world.
  • Strong project management skills, an excellent eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work across multiple projects simultaneously.
