Virgin Active Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our People Team at Virgin Active. As an Instructional Designer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with subject matter experts and external partners to scope, design, and deliver digital learning solutions.
  • Translate complex information into engaging and interactive eLearning content, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and industry standards.
  • Manage the delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions within your key area of responsibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in instructional design and eLearning development.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
