Instructional Design Lead

Atlas Recruitment Group Limited is seeking an experienced Instructional Design Lead to join our team. As an Instructional Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to team discussions and ensure compliance with instructional design processes
  • Develop and maintain training plans, schedules, and supporting media components
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with project style guides and use of directed course content generation tools
  • Apply instructional design tools and methodologies to create engaging and effective training experiences
  • Support governance activities and monitor time and cost reporting
Requirements:
  • Experience in generating logical and quantifiable outputs, with the ability to break down complex problems
  • Strong understanding of ADDIE models, including knowledge skills and attitudes, training, enabling objective, and key learning point decomposition
  • Ability to construct decomposed elements into structured and coherent training lessons and courses
  • Experience in adopting and applying a Systems Approach to Training (SAT) and articulated in the appropriate standards
