Instructional Designer Role

Global Enterprise Partners is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to collaborate with one of our key FMCG clients on a 6-month contract.

  • 5+ years of experience in the full training cycle, including analysis, design, deployment, and evaluation of programs.
  • Proven track record of building blended learning programs and managing projects.
  • Able to work globally and adapt to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Experience in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyzing training needs and developing effective solutions.
  • Designing and deploying engaging learning experiences.
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and making data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure program success.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
