Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis to determine customer training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and evaluate blended learning programs and associated materials.
- Collaborate with technical Subject Matter Experts to ensure content meets technical, legal, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.
Essential Qualifications
- Considerable experience in developing learning programs and materials.
- Demonstrable knowledge of a recognized learning methodology.
- Experience with visual design principles, including images, graphics, and video.
