QA Limited is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to develop high-quality learning programs for our core products and bespoke courses for clients.

  1. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts: Build strong working relationships with SMEs to gain in-depth understanding of course content, learning objectives, and learners' skills and knowledge requirements.
  2. Design Engaging Learning Programs: Collaborate with SMEs to design innovative blended learning programs that meet the needs of our learners.
  3. Develop Online Learning Content: Design online learning content, live events, and workplace application activities and assessments that blend seamlessly together.
  4. Storyboard and Script Learning Content: Apply instructional design principles to storyboard and script pedagogical learning content and assets.
  5. Update Course Documentation: Maintain accurate, version-controlled, and quality-assured course and content documentation.
  6. Collaborate with Sprint Teams: Work collaboratively and iteratively with Sprint teams to deliver high-quality learning programs.
