Academy – Senior Instructional Designer and Facilitator

At Systemiq Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Instructional Designer and Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Academy, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning experiences that drive system change and support our mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop impactful courses and content that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize expert-level knowledge in instructional design to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Strategize and execute learning projects with precision, efficiently managing resources and maintaining clear communication.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancement in learning and development practices to further our mission and organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as learning and development, instructional design, education, or organizational psychology.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and running learning programmes, including both online and in-person facilitation and instructional design.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with tech savviness, including proficiency with Microsoft office tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and inspire others through clear and concise messaging.
  • Strong proficiency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
