Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer and Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful courses and content that drive system change.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop interactive, engaging, and effective learning experiences, both creating and curating courses, as well as managing external vendors.
- Strategize and execute learning projects with precision, efficiently managing resources and maintaining clear, effective communication.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for enhancement in learning and development practices to further our mission and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of learning initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technology.
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in learning and development, instructional design, education, organizational psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and running learning programmes, including both online and in-person facilitation and instructional design, data/analytics, and learning needs analysis.
- A data-driven mindset with tech savviness, bringing suggestions on AI integrations, LMS innovations, and world-class programme design.
- Ability to derive insights and proactively propose creative solutions to problems.
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, and convincing manner, bringing both high-quality execution and inspiration.
