Job Overview

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive brand growth and customer engagement.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns and promotions that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform data-driven decisions and optimize marketing spend.
  • Manage the brand's budget and ensure return on investment through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and external partners.
  • Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and influencer management.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners to deliver on brand objectives and drive business results.
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance across different channels to inform future marketing strategies.

Requirements

A successful Brand Manager should possess:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management within the B2C/Consumer industry.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with market research methods.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and decision making.
