We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, creating, and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to inform strategic social media planning and content creation.
- Create engaging content across multiple marketing channels, including email, social media, and website updates.
- Manage and optimize social media presence, developing and executing plans that align with business goals.
- Track and report on key marketing metrics, including engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with the eCommerce team on projects aimed at new business development and customer acquisition.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in analytical tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, such as Pardot or Marketo.
