- Exit Interviews: Manage the exit interview process and provide feedback to directors, participating in the design and implementation of projects in line with strategic business goals.
- CSR: Manage the company's CSR program.
- Proven Track Record: Proven track record working in a senior people role, with experience working within an SME organization, ideally in a standalone role.
- Generalist Background: Full generalist background, including recruitment and training, with a positive approach, professional, and confidence to deliver in line with objectives.
- CIPD Level 5: CIPD level 5 qualification.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package, including 25 days holiday per year, 10% bonus, private medical scheme participation, stakeholder pension scheme participation, and incentive scheme participation.
