Human Resources Director

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team at Midas, a leading Manufacturer based in Melton Mowbray. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR Director and driving forward training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR Director with the day-to-day running of the HR function, ensuring seamless delivery of HR services.
- Proactively drive forward training and development of team members and managers, ensuring all statutory training is completed.
- Manage the employee grievance process and manage conflicts effectively, maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
- Oversee the disciplinary process for all office-based and blue-collar workers, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
- Build key relationships across all levels of the business, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
- Support HR projects as required, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of Midas.
- Strong background in a senior HR position, with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Knowledge of employment law and company policies, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical and effective manner.
