About the Role

ADLIB is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in central Bristol. The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, take part in larger systems project work and contribute to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable IT experience.

  • Log and resolve IT issues promptly and effectively
  • Assist in escalating and resolving more complex issues
  • Contribute to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable IT experience
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working on a service desk providing first-line support for end users
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11
  • Microsoft 365 E5 application stack
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Exchange Online
  • SharePoint / OneDrive for Business
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure and user administration
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
  • Exposure to Windows Server
  • Basic understanding of TCP / IP networking
