Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse colleagues in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of warehouse colleagues, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of warehouse operations.
- Manage and prioritize workload, ensuring the efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

- Proven experience in a warehouse management role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
