Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at H&M Group. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Warehouse Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the business.
  • Monitor Productivity and Efficiency: You will be responsible for monitoring the productivity and efficiency of the warehouse team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Manage Inventory and Stock Levels: You will be responsible for managing inventory and stock levels, ensuring that all stock is accurately counted and recorded, and that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels.
  • Coordinate Logistics and Shipping: You will be responsible for coordinating logistics and shipping, ensuring that all shipments are processed efficiently and effectively, and that all delivery deadlines are met.
  • Implement Quality Control Measures: You will be responsible for implementing quality control measures to ensure that all products are of high quality and meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage Warehouse Operations: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Identify and Resolve Issues: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that arise in the warehouse, including any quality control issues or logistical problems.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: You will be responsible for developing and implementing processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the warehouse operations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Warehouse Operations: You will have experience in warehouse operations, including experience in leading and managing a team of warehouse staff.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You will have strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems: You will have knowledge of warehouse management systems, including the ability to use software to manage inventory and track shipments.
