Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals to achieve operational excellence, quality, and productivity.
- Collaborate with the Department Manager to analyze logistics processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee retail store allocation and replenishment, online picking, pick location storage and replenishment, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations.
- Ensure optimal product availability and picking, while maintaining a cost-efficient and sustainable operation in line with H&M Group's standards.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems and processes, enabling you to run the operation on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and identify risks and issues in the daily DC outbound department, reporting to the Department Manager to support resolution.
- Responsible for conducting formal HR processes in line with company policy.
- Proven experience in operational DC outbound roles, with a strong understanding of online and store operations.
- Hands-on approach to workflow management and problem resolution, with a focus on pragmatic and effective solutions.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and operational logistics standards.
- Experience in formal HR processes and a strong understanding of company policies.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
