Job Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at H&M Group. As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that our products are stored, picked, and shipped efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Warehouse Team: You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of warehouse staff, ensuring that they are trained and equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: You will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse operations are running smoothly and efficiently, with a focus on quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right products in the right quantities at the right time.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: You will be responsible for coordinating with our suppliers and logistics partners to ensure that our products are delivered on time and in good condition.
  • Problem Solving and Resolution: You will be responsible for identifying and resolving any issues that may arise in the warehouse, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • HR and Training: You will be responsible for conducting formal HR processes and providing training to our warehouse staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Operational Experience: You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role, with a proven track record of operational excellence.
  • Leadership Skills: You will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of warehouse staff.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with our suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem Solving Skills: You will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Inventory Management Skills: You will have a strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices, with the ability to manage our inventory levels effectively.
