Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse First Line Manager to join our team at GXO Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of warehouse colleagues to achieve operational excellence and meet performance targets.
- Manage conflicting priorities, plan, and organize warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment, with a strong track record of achieving operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting performance targets and deadlines.
