About the Role

As a key member of our Warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution centres. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the planning and resourcing of our warehouse operations, ensuring that products are accurately packed and efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Warehouse Operatives, providing training and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
  • Work closely with Management teams to identify training needs and potential risks within the operation.
  • Ensure a high level of health and safety, compliance with company policy and transport legislation is maintained at all times.
