Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Recovery Team Lead to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team at Nuffield Health Guildford Hospital. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of recovery nursing policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on patient progress and outcomes.
