Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Assessment Specialist to support our client with site upgrades and expansion. This contract role is expected to last 6 months or more, depending on the needs of the project.

The successful candidate will work closely with the EHS Team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and updating site MSDS for chemicals used on-site
  • Conducting COSHH assessments for materials used
  • Identifying and reviewing tasks via Job Safety Analysis or Task Risk Assessments Matrix

Additional responsibilities include assessing exposure levels for all tasks with potential for chemical exposure using the client's Health Risk Assessment methodology and systems. The candidate will also develop a 5-year monitoring plan based on output from HRA.
