About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Controls Specialist to support commissioning/validation of new process operations and optimize existing operational sites.

  1. Technical Support: Troubleshoot communications/SCADA/software issues and generate plant documentation & risk assessments.
  2. Process Optimization: Optimize plant process parameters and deliver process improvement projects across sites.
  3. Staff Training: Train and assess competence of site staff.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
  5. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  6. Project Management: Manage project timelines and deliverables.
  7. Technical Expertise: Possess competence in electrical engineering/instrumentation and systems software.

Desirable Qualifications

  • A degree-level qualification in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience in delivering process improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will be a resilient individual with a flexible approach and the ability to work independently.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of approximately £50-55k per year, plus a £6,000 car allowance.
