Instrumentation and Controls Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Instrumentation and Controls Specialist to support the commissioning/validation of new process operations and enhance existing operational sites.
Key Tasks:
- Technical troubleshooting and resolution of communication system, SCADA software, and plant documentation issues.
- Process optimization and delivery of improvement projects across multiple sites.
- Training and assessment of site staff on electrical engineering, instrumentation, and systems software skills.
- Cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals.
- Compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Degree-level qualification in an engineering or controls discipline.
- Experience in delivering process improvement projects.
A resilient and flexible individual with strong problem-solving skills is required to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and adapt to changing site requirements.
What We Offer:
