Job Title: Electromagnetic Warfare Systems Engineer

Location: Stevenage or Bristol

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our team at MBDA UK Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of systems engineering methods, toolsets, and processes, as well as experience working across the full engineering development lifecycle. You will be responsible for designing and verifying EW systems, integrating RF systems, and conducting threat analysis and modelling simulations.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
  • Design and verify EW systems to meet customer requirements.
  • Integrate RF systems into EW systems.
  • Conduct threat analysis and modelling simulations to inform system design.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as electrical engineering, computer science, or physics.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, particularly in the context of EW systems.
  • Strong knowledge of RF systems design and integration.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
