Welcome to our Graduate Programme 2025 for Electromagnetic Compatibility Engineers. We're looking for talented individuals with a degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field.

About the Role

As an EMC engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our products meet stringent electromagnetic compatibility standards. You'll work closely with our systems team to evaluate and test products throughout their entire life cycle.

  • You'll start by gaining hands-on experience in our accredited EMC Test Facility, where you'll learn about British and NATO standards.
  • You'll work on a range of projects, including missiles and weapon systems.
  • Potentially, you'll travel to support EMC activities external to MBDA.

We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals who are eager to develop their skills and knowledge in EMC engineering. As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to gain formal and informal training, as well as work on various projects across different MBDA teams.
