Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Rooms Division team as a Butler. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional service to our guests while maintaining The Ritz London's 5-star luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide unparalleled service to our clients and guests, ensuring all facilities and requests are well taken care of.
  • Anticipate and manage guest needs in advance, working closely with other departments to maintain the highest 5-star standards.
  • Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests, possessing excellent customer service skills and discretion.
  • Have a great command of the English language, both spoken and written, and be able to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in a 5-Star property or household equivalent is essential.
