Lead Practitioner

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for assessing children's needs and collaborating with Lead Practitioners to implement care plans that promote their well-being and development.
To be successful, you will need to hold an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent. Experience in care or education is essential, as is a driving licence.
This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at around £28,000-£38,000 per annum, plus a sleepover allowance of £58 per night.
We are a Christian organisation and the job requires you to have a Christian faith and be able to work within and uphold our Christian Ethos.
