Product Director

Marsh is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our Global Digital organization. Based in London, you will work directly with our Global Head of Claims Operations to evolve the product strategy and execution of our claims management product suite globally.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client and colleague needs and shape the vision and roadmap for claims capabilities.
- Manage agile delivery of claims solutions and work closely with the scrum team and scrum master on digital implementation.
- Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring a collective understanding of project goals and expectations.
- Engage with executives, business users, and IT teams to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide updates on Claims products.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in claims or insurance products, solutions, or operations.
- Talent for improving the customer experience/journey, including design thinking.
- Experience in Agile product development and working with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in or exposure to the claims management lifecycle.
- People skills with experience in attracting, coaching, and mentoring teams.
