About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Cyber Security team as a Senior Identity Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives and projects, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

As a Senior Identity Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and communicating the capacity and capability requirements of the team to respond effectively to evolving business requirements. You will also be responsible for proactively identifying and proposing IAM and Privileged Access Management (PAM) technical and operational control design improvements.

You will work collaboratively with teams across the Bank to design security process and procedure control improvements, and provide technical and operational guidance on a wide range of IAM information technology security controls. You will also actively contribute to IAM and PAM security standards, procedures & guidelines, and best practices.

We're looking for a self-starter with the ability to lead, inspire and drive innovation, and who can balance the needs of the Bank against security. You will have a good practical knowledge of security technologies and wider business solutions, including Identity and Access Management, remote working and cloud technologies.

Requirements
  • Previous experience working and leading activities within a team.
  • Previous experience working in a complex IT organisation encompassing service delivery, application development and IT infrastructure.
  • An understanding of best practice within Information Security and risk management, including standards such as NIST, CIS, and OWASP.
  • A good practical knowledge of security technologies and wider business solutions, including Identity and Access Management, remote working and cloud technologies.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to lead, inspire and drive innovation.
  • Have the ability to be pragmatic while balancing the needs of the Bank against security.
