About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Cyber Security team as a Senior Identity Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of Identity and Access Management initiatives and projects within our Cyber Security strategy.

As a Senior Identity Manager, you will identify and communicate the capacity and capability requirements of the team to respond effectively to evolving business requirements. You will also proactively identify and propose IAM and PAM technical and operational control design improvements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the delivery of Identity and Access Management initiatives and projects
  • Identifying and communicating capacity and capability requirements
  • Proposing IAM and PAM technical and operational control design improvements
  • Researching and applying solutions to new or existing risks
  • Providing technical and operational guidance on IAM information technology security controls
  • Actively contributing to IAM and PAM security standards, procedures & guidelines

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Information Security and risk management, including experience with security technologies and wider business solutions. You should be a self-starter with the ability to lead, inspire and drive innovation, and have a good understanding of financial service, regulatory and awareness of broader requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience working and leading activities within a team
  • Previous experience working in a complex IT organisation
  • An understanding of best practice within Information Security and risk management
  • A good practical knowledge of security technologies and wider business solutions
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to lead, inspire and drive innovation
