Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Midas Selection (Midlands) Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, with a strong background in the foodservice industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
