Business Development Executive / Consultant

RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive / Consultant to join our team in Newquay. This is an exciting opportunity to develop various streams of revenue with cold and prospect clients, offering recruitment services and supporting the further development of our overseas arm.

We offer flexibility in terms of full-time or part-time contracts, as well as a hybrid option. However, we require the ability to commit to working from the office on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building with industry associations and networking events.
  • Researching potential new leads and identifying business opportunities.
  • Working closely with other teams to align our offerings with client needs.
  • Managing the sales cycle, including CRM utilization, progress tracking, and lead conversion.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Performing ad-hoc recruitment consultant tasks as required.

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in business development or sales, confident in handling the entire sales process. Previous recruitment experience is highly advantageous but not essential. A driving license and own transport are also required.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this role, as well as the ability to converse professionally by phone, email, and in person.
