Business Development Executive / Consultant

RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive / Consultant to join our team in Newquay. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our business, with a focus on developing new revenue streams and expanding our client base.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, using a variety of methods including cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Work closely with other teams and colleagues to align our offerings with the needs of clients.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity, using our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
