Service Design and Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Design and Transition Manager to join our team at Jumar Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Service Management with a proven track record of delivering successful Service Design and Transition projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and document new services that align with business needs, standards, and Enterprise Services capabilities.
- Ensure services are proportionate, affordable, and span across multiple suppliers and platforms.
- Oversee the transition of projects to live service in a safe, structured manner.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure successful onboarding of third-party suppliers.
- Contribute to the Home Office's Service Architecture practice and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proven experience in Service Design and Transition in medium to large organizations.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned Service Management.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and third-party supplier onboarding.
- Ability to work across multiple suppliers, platforms, and support structures.
- ITIL Foundation qualification and at least two Intermediate ITIL modules, ideally in Service Design and Service Transition.
