Job Title: Service Design and Transition Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Design and Transition Manager to join our team at ZipRecruiter. As a key member of our Service Architecture practice, you will be responsible for designing and transitioning services that meet business needs, reuse existing service components, and effectively span multiple suppliers, platforms, and support arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document new services that align with business requirements and standards
  • Ensure comprehensive support arrangements are in place for service transition
  • Produce comprehensive service designs incorporating business requirements, wider standards, Enterprise Services capabilities, and external suppliers
  • Ensure projects transition to live service in a safe and structured manner, engaging with project teams and Enterprise Services teams
  • Contribute to the definition of standards and continual service improvement
Requirements:
  • Experience of successful Service Design and Transition
  • Experience in ITIL aligned Service Management
  • Setting expectations and managing stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Experience in onboarding third-party suppliers
  • Experience of Service Design and Transition in Medium to Large Organisations
Qualifications:
  • ITIL Foundation qualification
  • At least 2 of the Intermediate ITIL Modules, ideally Service Design and Service Transition
