Service Design and Transition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Service Design and Transition Manager to join our team at Experis UK. As a key member of our Service Architecture practice, you will be responsible for designing and transitioning services that meet business needs, while ensuring they are proportionate and affordable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document new services, incorporating business requirements, wider standards, and external suppliers.
- Ensure comprehensive support arrangements are in place, and projects transition to live service in a safe and structured manner.
- Contribute to the definition of standards and continual service improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience of successful Service Design and Transition.
- ITIL Foundation qualification and at least 2 Intermediate ITIL Modules, ideally Service Design and Service Transition.
- Experience in IT Service Management, stakeholder management, and onboarding third-party suppliers.
