Executive Chef

Crieff Hydro Family of Hotels is seeking a creative and passionate Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary brigade, you will be responsible for making decisions on food concepts, presentation, and menu planning. You will work with the best seasonal and locally sourced produce, showcasing the fabulous Scottish produce that links back to the local area. Your enthusiasm should be infectious across your team, inspiring and energizing them to deliver a consistently high standard of food that looks as great as it tastes. Key responsibilities include:
* Implementing and monitoring food safety procedures, including HACCP protocols
* Leading a small team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality and presentation
* Developing and maintaining menus that showcase the best of Scottish produce
* Collaborating with the hotel's management team to ensure seamless service delivery
