The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at The Kingshouse Hotel. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for training and motivating our team of chefs, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control.
Key Responsibilities
- Train and motivate our team of chefs to deliver exceptional food quality and service
- Lead the team in the Head Chef's absence and make decisions to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Build strong relationships with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service
- Develop and implement menus that showcase Scotland's abundant land and sea larder
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient use of resources

Getting Here
The Kingshouse Hotel is located in Glencoe, just a 40-minute drive from Fort William and an hour from Oban. Public transport is also available, with buses connecting to Glasgow, Edinburgh, and other Highland towns.
