The Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and motivating our commis chefs, leading your own section of the kitchen, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and portion control.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and motivate commis chefs to deliver outstanding experiences for our guests
- Lead your own section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and portion control
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication
