Regional Account Manager for Electrical Connectors

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth across the London & the Southeast region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), developing new business, and re-engaging dormant accounts to secure new sales opportunities.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Strong experience in sales and business development, specifically with OEMs in the electrical, lighting, or electronics sectors.
- Technical understanding of electrical connectors and terminals; prior experience in the electrical industry is preferred.
- Excellent relationship management skills and a strategic approach to growing accounts.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a home-based role with frequent travel across the designated territory.
