**Job Overview**

About the Company

Our client has an impressive blue chip client base and carries out project work within an industrial / aggregate environment. They require a dedicated individual to lead their health, safety, and environmental efforts.

About the Role

This SHEQ Manager will report directly to the MD and work closely with the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing worksite health, safety, and environment compliance audits.
  • Preparing RAMS, safe systems of work, and associated project-related risk management documentation.
  • Leading accident and incident investigations and providing advice on preventative measures.
  • Conducting occupational health and safety surveys and reviews.
  • Attending project start-up meetings, customer reviews, and operations-board meetings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have 5 years' experience in a similar position and hold relevant qualifications such as ISO 45001/ISO 27001/14001/9001, NEBOSH, and Internal Audit experience. A Level 5 or 6 qualification in Health and Safety and CDM-related qualifications are also essential.
