An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Senior Psychologist to join our esteemed mental health service in Diss, Norfolk.
Working for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes within the psychology department.
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior management to drive clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead the development and delivery of psychological interventions, including formulation-led care and therapeutic delivery
- Mentor and support staff members to enhance their skills and professional development
We offer a competitive salary of £68,500 per annum, DOE. Benefits include up to 25 days annual leave, free parking, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
