Lead Psychologist in Mental Health Services

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Lead Psychologist to join their team in Diss, Norfolk. As the Head of Psychology, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic multi-professional team and ensuring the quality of psychological practice in the department.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with senior management to ensure the professional standards of the psychology department
- Develop and lead individual formulations and psychological assessments
- Design and deliver behavioral interventions for patients and service users
- Provide guidance on risk reduction, recovery, and independence
- Manage clinical and organizational projects
- Lead by example and support the development of others
- Strong leadership and consultancy skills
- Effective line management and clinical governance experience
- Confident and compassionate approach to working with diverse teams
- Ability to work in hospital and healthcare environments
- A competitive salary of £68,500 per annum, DOE
- 37 hours per week
- Up to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
