Lead Psychologist

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled Head of Psychology to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment.

This role is based in the Diss, Norfolk area and involves working with a leading healthcare provider to deliver exceptional mental health services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a dynamic multi-professional team and ensuring the quality of the psychology department.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working closely with senior managers and clinicians to develop and deliver high-quality psychological services
• Leading the development of individual formulations and psychological assessments
• Providing guidance on risk reduction, recovery, and independence
• Developing and delivering therapeutic interventions for patients and service users

The ideal candidate will have effective consultancy skills, line management experience, and a strong understanding of clinical governance.

They will also be a confident leader who can develop and motivate others, and have a strategic approach to leadership and relationships with senior managers and clinicians.

In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of £68,500 per annum DOE, plus a range of benefits including up to 25 days annual leave, free parking, and a pension scheme.

This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week, and we are looking for someone who can make a real difference in the lives of our patients and service users.
